Privacy Policy - Database Workspace AI

1. Data Collection and Storage

Database Workspace AI is a standalone desktop application. The developer does not run any central servers, nor do we collect, store, or transmit any of your personal identifiable information, database credentials (such as hostnames, usernames, or passwords), or AI API keys.

2. Data Security & Encryption

All database passwords and AI API keys entered by the user are encrypted locally using the Windows DPAPI (Data Protection API) and stored securely on your local machine. No third party, including the developer, has access to this data.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission

At the user's direction, the application connects directly to the user's specified databases and AI API endpoints (such as OpenAI or compatible providers). This direct connection is subject to the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers. The developer does not intercept, log, or monitor this data traffic.

4. Policy Updates

The developer reserves the right to update this privacy policy. Future updates of the application will continue to adhere to the core principle of local-only storage and zero data collection.

Database Workspace AI 是一款纯本地运行的桌面客户端工具。开发者不设立任何中心化服务器，亦不收集、不存储、不传输用户的任何个人身份信息、数据库连接凭据（包括主机地址、用户名、密码）或大模型 API Key。

2. 数据安全与加密

用户输入的数据库密码及大模型 API Key 均使用 Windows 系统的 DPAPI（数据保护 API）进行本地强加密，仅保存在用户本机的安全存储中，任何第三方（包括开发者）均无法远程获取。

3. 第三方服务与网络传输

本产品在运行过程中会根据用户的明确操作，将数据传输至用户自行指定的第三方大模型接口（如 OpenAI 或其他兼容接口）以及用户指定的数据库服务器。此传输为用户直连行为，相关的数据隐私政策由用户选择的第三方服务商（如 OpenAI）和数据库托管商各自适用，开发者不参与此过程的数据拦截或审计。

4. 政策更新

开发者保留随时更新本隐私政策的权利。本产品的后续版本将继续维持“纯本地、零收集”的安全隐私原则。
